NGL, women have indeed been marginalized in Web3 for a long time, but true inclusivity depends on whether actual funds and opportunities are genuinely flowing to female developers. Just shouting slogans is useless.

ngl, diversity narratives are nice until you actually look at retention rates across major protocols... empirically speaking, the pipeline problem isn't solved by announcements
