The performance of the cryptocurrency market this week has indeed been a bit surprising — the overall scene has hardly shown any highlights.

According to the latest market data, as of noon on December 21, there are already 18,321 cryptocurrencies trading in the global digital currency market, with a total market capitalization of approximately $30,797 billion. It looks huge, but the problem is that this week it has decreased by nearly $9.03 billion compared to the previous week, a decline of 2.85%. The speed of market cap evaporation is still a bit fast.

Mainstream coins are not having an easy time. BTC dropped from $90,286 to $88,621, a decrease of 1.84%; ETH fared worse, falling from $3,119 to $3,001, a decline of 3.77%. Both of these big brothers are weakening, and the smaller ones behind them are being hammered even harder.

BNB fell by 4.26%, from $896 to $857. LTC dropped more, with a decline of 5.99%, from $81.61 to $76.72. SOL's performance was also not ideal, down by 5.27%.

The most painful is DOT, which fell by 11.33% this week, from $2.03 to $1.80, performing the worst among mainstream coins. Looking at this trend, most of the TOP 30 cryptocurrencies last week are basically in adjustment. The overall market rhythm this week is a continuous downward trend, and it seems that no clear support level has been found yet.
BTC0,96%
ETH1,33%
BNB0,82%
LTC0,35%

$90.3 billion just evaporated instantly. This week, I really see no hope at all. DOT down 11%? Damn, is this the rhythm of breaking through the floor? It's that time again to start bottom fishing, just see who can hold until the support level. Continuing to decline, feels like it's not over yet... BTC and ETH both weakening, even I'm starting to get a bit anxious. This market... I think it still has to fall further, waiting for a signal to appear. Another week of decline, when will we see a rebound? The entire market is paralyzed, mainstream coins have no way out.

nah this whole soup is just simmering into a bland broth rn... 903B market cap evaporating is no joke, feels like someone turned up the heat too high and forgot to stir. dot getting absolutely obliterated down 11% tho? that's the kind of ingredient you definitely don't wanna see burning in your portfolio recipe 😅

$90.3 billion directly evaporated, this week is truly a word—disaster DOT dropped more than 11%? Feels like it hasn't had a moment of life recently... Still waiting for a rebound Where is the support level? Feels like the entire market is in free fall Another week of green, feels like all the coins in hand are depreciating This rhythm... Could it be the calm before a big drop? Panic ETH worth 3,000 yuan looks really uncomfortable, when will it recover? The entire market is lacking energy, feels like it's time to buy the dip DOT just laid flat, I really can't understand this coin So much has evaporated in a week, who dares to add positions...

Here we go again, this week really has no hope at all. Such a dump in DOT, luckily I sold early, now it’s hard to watch. 908 billion just gone like that, truly incredible. Is the market still looking for a bottom? It feels like it has to drop until next year. BTC can't even hold 90,000, this correction is pretty harsh.
