#数字资产市场动态 The biggest pitfall for beginners in contract trading ultimately comes down to one thing: having limited funds but an overly ambitious appetite.

Having only hundreds or a few thousand yuan in your account but operating as if you have tens of thousands. Wanting to double your money right away. What’s the reality? Eight or nine times out of ten, you’ll be wiped out in seconds.

The small traders who can survive in this market generally share similar trading logic.

**First bottom line: Never use full position.**

Don’t go all-in with 1000 yuan. Divide it into 5 parts, using only 200 yuan each time, and keep the rest as emergency reserves. Even if you make a wrong move on one trade, it’s just losing a bit of meat, not an explosion.

**Second: Use leverage with moderation.**

5x to 10x leverage is enough. What about 50x or 100x? That’s not skill; that’s playing with fire next to a dynamite pile. $BTC A sudden 10% drop, even with 10x leverage, can’t withstand it, let alone higher multiples. Even professional traders have a win rate of about 60%. How can you be so confident that every trade will be right?

**Third: Shut up when you lose.**

Immediately add to your position or increase leverage to try to turn things around after a loss—that’s the fastest way out. Admit mistakes, close the software, and cool down for two days. Review this trade carefully. The market won’t disappear just because you missed it; opportunities are everywhere every day.

**Fourth: Take profits when you have them.**

If you make 500 yuan, at least withdraw 300 yuan, leaving only 200 yuan to continue trading. Having real money in your pocket keeps your mindset stable and prevents a single adverse move from wiping you out.

Finally, it’s about execution.

Be alert if your daily loss exceeds 2%, and close the trading software immediately if it hits 6%. Protect your capital first, then let your profits run.

Remember this: profits are accumulated one after another, not made in one shot.

To be honest, I'm the kind of fool who insists on treating a few thousand yuan as ten thousand when managing accounts. I'm still crawling out of the painful lessons learned. All-in betting with the entire position is really a gambler's mentality. I wish I had known this principle earlier.

That's a good point, but I'm more concerned about whether these retail investors can really stick it out. On-chain data has long shown that 90% of people can't even make it through the first month.

I've seen through this logic over the years of raising kids. To put it simply, those who are greedy all end up dead. I used to go all-in like that too, but after losing so much that I doubted life, I realized that the ones who truly make money are the ones who quietly enjoy their gains.

That's right, but I haven't learned it yet, and I've already been eliminated twice in a row, haha.

That's really bold. I'm the kind of fool who goes all-in and gets wiped out instantly...

That's so true. The friends around me who get wiped out instantly are like this, insisting on playing with 10x leverage.
