#数字资产市场动态 Being trapped is often not a true dead end. The real danger is when your mindset collapses and you can't hold your position.

When the market fluctuates repeatedly, you should decisively cut losses—don't let one or two failed trades repeatedly erode your principal. For the positions you must defend, let go of anxiety and give the market time to turn around. Getting out of a losing position never relies on stubbornly holding on or self-deception.

Either admit mistakes and cut losses to protect the remaining principal; or if you find a sufficiently confident reason, then calmly hold your position and wait for opportunities. Waiting with principles is not internal conflict but a way to accumulate strength. After enduring this wave of $BTC volatility, there will be a day when you see the light. Mindset and strategy often determine how far you can go in the crypto world.

That's right, mindset really is half the battle. I've seen too many people start to cut recklessly just because they lost on a trade, and the more they cut, the more they lose. When you can't hold on, just put down your phone—it's better than anything else.

You're absolutely right; mindset is really the key. I'm currently just stubbornly holding on, should have cut losses earlier.

You are absolutely right, mindset is indeed the biggest enemy. I am a living example myself; two months ago, I was still struggling with those bad trades, and as a result, I got deeper and deeper. Only later did I realize that I should cut losses when necessary and not think about turning losses into gains. Now, I feel more relaxed and actually able to make money.

You're absolutely right; mindset can really be a killer. I used to stubbornly hold on, and only after my principal was eroded did I regret it. Wow, admitting mistakes and cutting losses really takes courage, but continuing to hold is just gambler's mentality. The phrase "waiting with principles" hit me; it's not mindless HODLing, but holding with a real logic. This wave of BTC truly tests human nature—seeing who can survive until the day they see the light. Strategy is a hundred times more important than luck, but unfortunately, most people realize this only after they run out of money.
