Looks like another trading day ahead. Planning to ride some volatility swings on futures positions while watching spot holdings simultaneously—classic scenario where gains on one side get wiped out by losses on the other. That's the reality check most traders face: managing multiple positions across different market conditions means you're often just shuffling profit and loss around instead of stacking real gains.

Oh dear, this is our daily routine... Futures exploding, and spot trading gets caught in the crossfire too.

Futures in the left hand, spot in the right hand, and in the end, I turned myself into an arbitrage machine... That hits too close to home.

It's another day of canceling each other out, after all that, we're still stuck in the same place.

Well, to put it simply, it's playing against yourself... When the contract makes money, the spot loses; when the spot rises, the contract blows up; in the end, the account is still there.

Isn't this the work we do every day... earning with the left hand and losing with the right, all for nothing in the end.

This is my daily routine, slow motion with my left hand and right hand.

Futures and spot markets both getting wiped out, this is my daily routine... Money goes in from the left pocket and out from the right pocket, feels like I'm playing word games with the market.
