这几个月眼看着身边大厂的朋友陆陆续续all in进币圈，聊过才知道各自都有盘算。

他们的逻辑其实挺直白的——在大厂磨了几年，手里多少攒了点家底。与其继续按部就班地上班，不如把这笔积蓄拿出来在行业内做理财配置。他们琢磨着，就算只是跑跑收益，也比继续给企业里面卖命划得来。

说白了就是算笔账：大厂的天花板和加密市场的想象空间摆在那儿，再加上他们本身就有一定的风险承受能力，权衡之下选择了转身。这种现象这两年在行业里越来越普遍了。

The ceiling for big companies is really low, but going all-in on the crypto space isn't necessarily the solution either; it depends on which project you choose.

It's understandable. The ceiling of big companies indeed can't stop ambitious people. Now it's all about who can survive this wave. A bunch of people are all in, but in the end, only a few really make money—that's the reality. Only those with capital dare to play like this. As for us, Instead of envying, it's better to think about your own strategy. Feels like some people will go back to work in factories after this round, haha.
