ngl, seen this movie before during the mining boom circa 2017-2018. everyone and their cousin spinning up rigs, same hashpower chasing same blocks... spoiler alert: most didn't make it. 🤷

To be honest, the crypto world is really a mess right now, all about competing over prices and marketing. Who the heck still wants to innovate?

You're right, there are indeed too many projects entering the market now, but how many can actually survive? It seems like everyone is just doing marketing gimmicks.

Honestly, this is a typical herd mentality phenomenon, everyone wants a piece of the pie... There are only a few with real core competitiveness, and the rest are just pulling each other down and engaging in price wars.

It's the same theory again, but honestly, homogeneous competition is really annoying. My investment portfolio has been cut by this bunch of new projects quite a few times. --- Not bad, but I actually think some dark horses are hidden among this trash, and the key is having good judgment. --- You’re right about resource dispersion. No wonder liquidity for each new coin is so poor now; it's hard to get on board. --- Market congestion is a fact, but the market will naturally淘汰. Those that can't survive will eventually fail, so no need to worry about them. --- Damn, is that why I’ve been always missing out recently? When a hot topic comes up, everyone rushes in, and the teams are all similar, making it impossible to tell who’s truly innovative. --- All I can say is that places with fierce competition often have the most opportunities. It all depends on who can identify that true dragon. --- Sounds like they’re hyping up for big institutions’ monopoly. What about smaller players?

The track has reached the limit, it's all uniform template products. Who wins with this kind of play?

According to the supply and demand curve, this is a typical price war caused by oversupply, just like the painters flocking to Florence during the Da Vinci era... but obviously, Web3 isn't as elegant. With over a thousand companies in a single track, if we really talk about innovation, they probably can't even produce a hundredfold project. This inefficient competition perfectly illustrates the philosophy of a bear market: dispersed resources, lack of synergy, and industry efficiency actually declining, which is a bit ironic. The market will clear itself, but the cost is too high... what accumulates are just zombie projects. DAO governance mechanisms can't save this homogenization vicious circle; frankly, there's still no real differentiation barrier. Let the big waves wash away the sand, but the dead may not only be these companies, but also the scattered dreams of those funds.
