This week's market almost broke me. I lost 1 million just waiting for that breakout. Now I've completely come to terms with it — it's time to take a break. Whether I stay or go, it's all losses anyway, so I might as well take advantage of feeling exhausted and find a comfortable place to relax. Trading can be tricky; sometimes the smartest decision is to step away temporarily. I'll wait until my mindset is back before considering re-entering.

1 million, this move is really tough. But on the other hand, those who cut losses in time are actually the clearest-headed.

1 million lost in a week, it's indeed time to stay calm. But remember to cut losses before exiting, don't deceive yourself anymore.

Losing a million just like that—this mindset is really strong. But I think, instead of wasting time, it's better to review directly: how did I get trapped in this position?
