Look at those traders who have truly accumulated wealth; what common characteristics do they have? Stability.

It’s not about always thinking of doubling your investment, but understanding one principle: wealth growth is essentially a game of compound interest. Using 10%-30% of your principal to trade may sound conservative, but those who do this rarely face liquidation. In contrast, accounts that go all in or are fully invested often vanish in a single market correction.

Someone asked, why can't we be a bit more aggressive? Because if you get liquidated once, you need to make 100% to break even. If you've already lost 50%, you need to make 100%. This math problem is very harsh.

Compare the trajectories of two types of people: one type consistently makes a profit of 15%-20% every month for two years, and their principal has multiplied several times. The other type occasionally earns 30%, but frequently faces liquidation, ultimately bringing their account close to zero. Whose mindset is more mature? The numbers will speak.

True greed is not dreaming of getting rich overnight, but using greed in the right place - greed for every stable profit, greed for the long-term effect of compound interest. If the original intention is right, the journey will be long.

Oh my God, this is the truth. I've seen too many friends go all-in, and one margin call causes them to exit the scene immediately.

Stable compound interest is the key, going all-in with a full position is a gambler's mentality

nah this is literally just slow-cooking your portfolio instead of flash-frying it... the math checks out tho. 10-30% position sizing hits different when you're actually thinking about seasoning your stack for the long game rather than yoloing everything on one trade.

Stability is exactly right; so many people fail because they want to go all-in with a single bet.
