In the competition for mass production of AI chips, controlling the supply chain has become the key to success or failure. Reports suggest that the six core suppliers under review by Google each control different strategic nodes.

In the field of liquid cooling technology, Invec has completed factory certification and launched liquid cooling products based on Google's Deschutes5 CDU specifications. They have also showcased a 26MW full-link liquid cooling solution, making them a leader in this field. Regarding optical modules, Zhongji Xuchuang's 800G products have been verified and are being shipped in bulk. Google's optical module procurement volume is expected to reach 3.5 million units in 2025, with Zhongji Xuchuang accounting for 70% of that share – a quite considerable proportion.

In terms of basic materials, Dongcai Technology holds a solid position as the exclusive supplier of TPU substrate materials, while Oulutong controls the critical link of server power supplies. In the area of cooling and testing equipment, Bojie Co., Ltd. is the sole supplier of AI server testing equipment, and its liquid cooling components have been certified by multiple cloud manufacturers; Yidong Electronics is responsible for AVC cold plate OEM, providing core cooling solutions.

These suppliers each have their duties, and in the future, as the TPU V7 chip enters the mass production stage, business opportunities will undoubtedly expand further.
