unpopular opinion: i think it is high time for decentralized wallets like @MetaMask and @Rabby_io to evolve.

imagine a feature that lets you reset or regenerate a new seed phrase the moment you suspect your old one is compromised

still same wallet, same assets, but with a fresh seed phrase while the old one becomes useless.

it would instantly save countless people from hacks, leaks, and panic.

but here’s the dilemma:

if a third party can generate that new seed phrase…
then your wallet is no longer truly yours.

one wrong move and you could lose everything forever.

both sides have pros and cons.

but with something like a secret question + answer mechanism,

we might finally get a balance between security and self custody
