Don't remind me again today

Three months ago, I only had 2,000U left in my account.

To be honest, my mindset was on the verge of collapse at that time—I had just gone through a huge loss, and looking at a four-digit balance, most people would probably just give up.

But I didn’t. Now my account shows 60,000U, and the withdrawal has already arrived. This isn’t some mystical trick; it’s simply the result of taking position management to the extreme.

Back then, I set a hard rule for myself: **Don’t bet on direction, only bet on discipline**.

How did I do it? The core is just two words—segmentation.

**Split funds into 5 parts, each part of 400U operates independently**

This is the underlying logic. Every time I open a position, I only use 1 part; the other 4 parts always stay on standby in the account. All-in? Impossible. Averaging down? Even less likely.

The benefit of doing this is: even if you make consecutive wrong judgments, you still won’t go broke.

**Lock stop-loss to take-profit ratio at 1:2**

Each trade has a stop-loss of 3%, so a 400U position loses at most 12U; the take-profit target is set at 6%-10%, so each win nets at least 24U.

Some people might say, “This profit is way too conservative, right?”

But do the math—

I make about 70 trades a month, with a win rate around 60%:
Losses on 28 trades: 28 × (-12U) = -336U
Wins on 42 trades: 42 × 35U = +1470U
Net profit: 1,134U

You can double your principal within a month. Rolling up to 60,000U in three months—math doesn’t lie.

**Why can’t most people do this?**

Because their trading habits are self-destructive:
• They go all-in whenever they see an opportunity, blowing up their account as often as drinking water
• They’re addicted to holding losing positions, refusing to cut losses and holding all the way to zero
• Even when they get the direction right, they can’t hold on; a little volatility makes them panic

I’ve seen too many people talk about making a comeback, but their actual operations are just giving away money.

My approach boils down to three iron rules:

**1. Every trade must have a stop-loss**
If you lose, lose cleanly—never hold onto false hope.

**2. Take profit and exit immediately**
Once the target is hit, close the position—don’t be greedy for the last bit of the trend.

**3. Only trade familiar setups**
I only trade breakout structures; I ignore all other market conditions. No staring at the screen, no chasing hot topics, no trading based on feelings.

To put it bluntly, 90% of people in the crypto space fail because of position management.

People who know how to play can roll 1,000U into a snowball; people who don’t can lose 10,000U until they have nothing left.

If you only have a few thousand U in hand right now and want to climb out of the hole—

Stop acting on instinct and stop chasing every new hype.

Method is ten thousand times more important than your principal. As long as you’re willing to stick to discipline, small funds can still achieve compounding miracles.

Hmm... what you said makes sense, but can that 70% win rate really be maintained?

Sounds good, but I still think this approach relies too much on execution. Most people simply can't stick with it...

Discipline sounds simple, but very few can actually make it through... The numbers do look impressive.
