Just saw the news that the chief customer service officer of a leading exchange has been promoted to co-CEO.
To be honest, I always thought the current person in charge was already the top leader. But thinking about it, it makes sense—she’s had such a huge influence in the customer service role over the years, she’s basically become the public face of the platform. Now that she’s officially joining the management team, it feels like a natural progression.
I’m pretty curious to see what new moves this platform will make next. After all, a personnel change at this level is usually accompanied by strategic adjustments. Let’s see if they can bring something new to the industry.

Someone from a customer service background becoming Co-CEO... shows this exchange really cares about user experience, much better than some others who just exploit their users.
---
Wait, does her takeover mean there are going to be reforms? Can we talk about lowering the fees first before any new moves?
---
Climbing from customer service all the way to CEO is indeed rare in the crypto space, but given her popularity over the years, it doesn’t seem that surprising.
---
I just want to know if her promotion will actually be better for retail investors, or if it’s just the same old thing with a new face.
---
Interesting, finally someone who understands users is joining the decision-making team. This sector really needs voices like this.

Rising directly from customer service to co-CEO? That’s an interesting move—it really shows that connections and influence are true currencies of value.

Damn, going straight from customer service to CEO—I've seen this play before. Every time they talk about "innovation," but in the end, it's always the same old tricks.

Haha, rising all the way from customer service—this approach is pretty novel in the crypto space.
They’ve maxed out the persona marketing; who would’ve thought they’d actually make it to the management team in the end?
But honestly, I’m a bit worried. Can a customer service mindset really handle CEO-level decisions? Those are two very different things.
Is the current CEO stepping aside voluntarily this time, or are they being sidelined? It’s hard to tell.
I’m waiting to see what happens next. If there are real changes, it’ll be interesting; if nothing changes, then it’s just old wine in a new bottle.

Damn, is this for real? The customer service rep got promoted straight to co-CEO? What exactly is this exchange trying to pull?
---
Gotta admit, this is pretty interesting. The leap from customer service to executive management is huge—hardly ever seen in the industry.
---
Wait, is this supposed to be sending some kind of signal? Feels like something big is about to happen.
---
Customer service girl becomes CEO? Guess we can't afford to piss off customer service anymore, haha.
---
I just want to know what the other original CEO is doing now. Did they just get kicked out?
---
Alright, let's see how she plays this hand. Moves like this usually mean things won't stay calm for long.
---
To put it bluntly, she was showing up so much anyway, might as well promote her to management. Pretty realistic move.
---
Why does this feel like some kind of internal power struggle? Can anyone give me the backstory on what's going on?
