Another crypto holder just got hit in Trinidad—armed robbers made off with $85,800 worth of digital assets. This marks yet another incident in a disturbing pattern: physical attacks targeting people known to hold cryptocurrency are climbing. The Wild West of digital wealth is spilling into real-world danger, and holders are becoming prime targets for armed crews who know exactly what they're after.

theoretically speaking, if we map this onto the blockchain trilemma framework... the real-world attack vector here isn't decentralization at all, it's the absence of it. physical security can't be solved by recursive SNARKs, unfortunately.

Seriously, these days you even have to guard against your coins being stolen. It's just too ridiculous.
