Want to invest in AI but don't want to pick individual stocks? ETF is the lazy person's solution. Vanguard's three funds are subtly all AI leaders:
**VGT (Technology Index)**: 321 tech stocks, MSFT/NVDA/AAPL account for 53%, fee rate 0.1%, annualized 23.5% over the last 5 years.
**MGK (Large-Cap Growth)**: 79 large-cap stocks, 80% are AI leaders (Microsoft/Nvidia/Amazon), fee rate 0.07%, 5-year annualized 20%
**VOOG (500 Growth)**: 229 S&P 500 growth stocks, AI accounts for 57.5%, fee rate 0.1%, 5-year annualized 16.59%, strongest performance this year.
The points of concern are the same—valuations are a bit aggressive (PE 33-38), but these companies have an annual growth of 23%+, which isn't unreasonable. Which one to choose depends on your risk preference: go for VGT if you're aggressive, or opt for VOOG if you prefer stability.
