Official announcement from Balancer: A vulnerability has been identified in the V2 composable stable pool. It was identified on November 3 at 15:48 (UTC+8).
Important points:
• The impact is only on the V2 composable stable pool; V3 and other pools are safe.
• The relevant pool has already been stopped and is currently in recovery mode.
• Many old pools that have been in operation for several years are targeted.
The Balancer team is working with top security researchers on the investigation. A detailed report is expected to be published soon.
