So, a little weird theory circulating: what if Paul Le Roux, this criminal serving a life sentence, was actually Satoshi Nakamoto?
The indices? Quite sketchy honestly:
Satoshi disappeared in December 2010, just before Le Roux's arrest in 2012
In the Kleiman v. Wright trial, a document apparently “accidentally” unredacted referred to Le Roux's Wikipedia page.
The guy had an AMAZING technical expertise in cryptography and distributed systems
Some speculate that Bitcoin was created for money laundering.
Of course, it's full conspiracy theory for now. No concrete evidence. But frankly, the timeline + the strange connections in the Wright case… it's thought-provoking.
The crazy thing? In 2020, Le Roux allegedly proposed developing revolutionary ASIC miners. Either he's playing the fool, or he really knows what he's doing.
What do you think? Satoshi a criminal or just a beautiful coincidence?
