Abstract generation in progress

Legendary UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov has announced a partnership with Multibank Group to tokenize his global network of Khabib Gyms on the Mavryk blockchain. The network plans to expand to 30 gyms worldwide.

Project Overview

Verified investors will have the opportunity to purchase ownership shares in Khabib Gyms through the MultiBank.io platform. Token holders will receive a portion of the gyms’ annual profits, and all transactions will be recorded on the blockchain for full transparency.

Mavryk has already tokenized over $10 billion in real assets, including UAE real estate (The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Keturah Reserve). This project is another step in scaling RWA (real-world asset tokenization) into the mainstream.

Why This Matters

Sports + blockchain + regulatory framework = a new formula for raising capital. If Khabib can successfully tokenize his business, it will pave the way for other famous brands to experiment with similar models.

By the way, Nurmagomedov has also announced the launch of Gameplan—a Web3 platform for sports—and the development of Eagle FC. The guy isn’t just investing in the crypto ecosystem, he’s architecting it.

Bottom line: RWA is no longer a speculative niche game—it’s a real economic tool, with $10+ billion of assets already tokenized and celebrities following suit.
