On-chain detective ZachXBT dropped a bombshell yesterday: the 127,000 BTC (worth $14 billion) wallet addresses of the U.S. government were marked two years ago in a security research report as having private key vulnerabilities. The key point is that the government claims these addresses have been "taken over and properly secured," but ZachXBT suggests it may not be that simple — "it looks like someone helped the U.S. government 'hack' them back."

Implied meaning: This large sum of BTC may not have been obtained through conventional legal means? To be honest, this operation is indeed something. If that's the case, then the asset compliance of the U.S. government has to be called into question. However, we need to wait for an official response to understand the specifics; for now, it's just various speculations flying around.
