For the app, go to the homepage, click on the avatar icon in the upper left corner, and in the pop-up page, click the upper right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - input "human" in the input field below - select "Transfer to human" from the response message and choose the relevant issue; For the web version, go to the homepage, click on the lower right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - input "human" in the input field below - select "Transfer to human" from the response message and choose the relevant issue.
