According to PANews, the chairman of the House Financial Services Committee in America, French Hill, and senior legislator Maxine Waters have written to the SEC chairman, expressing their support for Executive Order 14330 of President of America, Donald Trump, signed on August 7. The order mandates collaboration between the Department of Labor and the SEC to assess and amend regulations, facilitating the inclusion of Bitcoin and other alternative assets in 401(k) retirement savings plans. The letter also references bill H.R. 3394, which addresses investor qualification criteria.
