According to Techub News, as reported by Decrypt, Judge Robert Pitman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas updated and finalized the amendment to the "U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions on Tornado Cash" on Monday, ruling that the Treasury's actions were "illegal," and ordered OFAC to "permanently cease enforcement" of the sanctions against the Crypto Assets mixer Tornado Cash, marking a decisive victory for advocates of Crypto Assets privacy.
