The "Action Plan" clearly states the main goal: by 2027, significantly enhance the capabilities of the national digital infrastructure base supported by independently controllable blockchain technology. At that time, more than 10 breakthrough achievements will be made in core technology fields such as blockchain dedicated chips and privacy protection, achieving PB-level trusted storage, and more than 20 excellent application cases will be formed in 5 key areas such as artificial intelligence large models, initially establishing a national-level blockchain hub node.
