Now, these funds can be seamlessly connected to the platform’s wealth management service, allowing merchants to earn a stable base interest rate while ensuring fund security. Earnings are settled daily and distributed directly to merchants’ spot accounts, maximizing the value of margin funds and enhancing capital efficiency.
The product is designed to balance security and flexibility. Margin finance retains the core attributes of merchant margin, supporting instant redemption to meet withdrawal or compensation needs. Subscriptions start accruing interest at the next hourly mark, with interest credited the following day. Only “full subscription” and “full redemption” are supported, each limited to once per day, resetting at 0:00 (UTC). This innovation not only optimizes merchant fund management but also strengthens Gate’s overall service offering.
