PANews December 12th news, according to PR Newswire, Nano Labs (Nasdaq: NA), an encryption Mining chip design company, announced that its previously announced private sale has been completed, with a purchase bid price issuance of 5,611,459 shares of Class A common stock at a price of $6.46 per share, with a total revenue of approximately $36.25 million. As mentioned earlier, the total bid price was paid in USD, BTC, and USDT.
