Venice(Venice) is a privacy-focused AI platform that offers uncensored access to open-source and cutting-edge models. Recently, the user base has surpassed 2 million, and through integrations with platforms like OpenRouter, Brave Leo, Cursor, and VS Code, it handles over 1 million API requests daily. The main role of Venice is to, as inference(inference) is expected to account for about two-thirds of the AI computing market by 2026, align with this demand by providing services centered on privacy. This conclusion is based on analysis by Alea Research. Although VVV is regarded as a universal token in the AI cryptocurrency narrative, this overlooks the intrinsic mechanism driven by the overall growth of Venice’s AI capacity. VVV can be staked and converted into sVVV, offering emission rewards and access to professional-grade platforms. Additionally, a fixed-position token called DIEM transforms AI inference capacity into tradable units, generating a standard API credit of $1 per day. The supply of DIEM is limited by Venice’s actual computing power. As noted in Alea Research’s report, DIEM issued through sVVV lock-up is not a speculative token but more akin to a permanent API subscription with resale value. Venice’s economic model is designed to flexibly respond to changes in AI computing demand. When Venice fully expands its computing capacity and increases the target supply of DIEM, demand for VVV will rise. Especially when DIEM’s price approaches its issuance cost and the spread narrows, the lock-up demand for sVVV will shift toward VVV. Currently, 77% of DIEM is staked, indicating most holders are seeking computing credits rather than trading. Alea Research emphasizes that this trend marks a key turning point for increasing VVV’s value. Furthermore, the mechanism for increasing DIEM’s target supply differs from typical token issuance, as each DIEM is hard-coded to provide a practical value of $1 daily. DIEM stimulates potential VVV demand by immediately responding to users’ needs for computing resources. Combined with Venice’s long-term growth prospects in AI capacity, VVV and DIEM are expected to play a crucial role in the AI computing market.
