French Football Giant PSG Signed a Milestone! Announced the Major Bitcoin (BTC) Move!

The corporate bull MicroStrategy has made a groundbreaking move as the accumulation of Bitcoin (BTC) continues.

According to this, the French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has added Bitcoin to its balance sheet. PSG has become the first sports club to invest in Bitcoin with this move.

Speaking at the Bitcoin 2025 Conference held in Las Vegas, PSG Labs President Par Helgosson stated that his club started buying Bitcoin last year and still holds these BTCs.

"We bought Bitcoin with our cash reserves. We are still holding our Bitcoins."

And as one of the largest clubs in the world, we are the biggest player in the sports ecosystem that buys Bitcoin.

This is not PSG's first move in the cryptocurrency space. One of the club's first blockchain activities was launching a fan token and running a validator node on the Chiliz blockchain. PSG also became the first major football club to launch a fan token on Socios.com.

PSG also has long-term agreements with Crypto.com and Bitpanda as exchange partners.

PSG is also the most decorated club in France with 54 official trophies, including 13 Ligue 1 championships and one UEFA Cup.
