Jinhua New Materials Hosts Institutional Investor Research, Says Sharp Rise in Oil Prices Has Not Yet Caused Adverse Effects
On the evening of March 24, Jinhua New Materials disclosed an investor relations activity record. More than 20 institutions participated in this research, including Huayuan Securities Research Institute, Boshi Fund, CICC Founder Fund, Changsheng Fund, and Taikang Fund, among others. The institutions mainly focused on the impact that the recent sharp fluctuations in oil prices have brought to the company.
In response to the impact of the recent rise in oil prices, Jinhua New Materials stated that its main raw material, methyl ethyl ketone oxime? directly affected by international oil prices, but increases in raw material prices can be passed on to end products. At the same time, the company will reasonably adjust its procurement, production, and sales strategies based on the market environment, supply-demand relationships, and other factors to actively respond to changes in the environment. As of now, the increase in oil prices has not caused any adverse impact on the company.
Jinhua New Materials was established in 2007. It is a company mainly engaged in the manufacture of chemical raw materials and chemical products. The company mainly conducts R&D, production, and sales of ketoxime series fine chemicals. Its main products include silane crosslinking agents, hydroxylamine salts, methoxyamine hydrochloride, acetaldehyde oxime, and so on.
The downstream applications of silane crosslinking agent products mainly include construction, real estate, and other fields. Because the real estate market has remained sluggish in recent years, during the research, institutional investors asked about the company’s expansion into other application areas. In response, the company said that the traditional applications of silane crosslinking agents are concentrated in real estate-related fields such as building curtain walls, doors and windows, and interior finishes. With the rapid development of China’s domestic high-end manufacturing industry, the company’s customers have developed new types of sealing adhesive products in emerging fields such as new energy, chip manufacturing, and electronics and electrical equipment. Among these areas, new energy vehicles, new energy power, electronics and electrical equipment, and chip packaging have relatively high growth rates. These emerging fields are offsetting the impact of soft demand in traditional industries.
Regarding the latest progress on the hydroxylamine aqueous solution project, Jinhua New Materials introduced that the hydroxylamine aqueous solution product has high requirements for hydroxylamine purity, with high technical barriers and difficulty in preparation. Currently, globally, only BASF has the industrialized production capability for electronic-grade hydroxylamine aqueous solution, which offers good product value-added. Based on advantages such as a green circular industrial chain, technical accumulation, lean production, and market channels, Jinhua New Materials has achieved good progress in pilot-scale R&D and market development. The products have gained market recognition and have been selected as part of the first batch of national new materials. The company’s market competitiveness is strong. The company will also accelerate the industrialization of hydroxylamine aqueous solution production.
It is understood that during chip manufacturing, cleaning steps are one of the key processes. Hydroxylamine aqueous solution can be used as an aluminum-process cleaning agent in chip manufacturing. In an investor research in January 2026, Jinhua New Materials previously said that it had successfully developed electronic-grade hydroxylamine aqueous solution. The product quality is comparable to BASF’s. It has been verified by multiple chip manufacturing companies and cleaning agent compounding enterprises, and has been selected as part of the first batch of domestic new materials. As of December 31, 2025, Jinhua New Materials had delivered orders for electronic-grade hydroxylamine aqueous solution to end chip customers.
Previously, in September 2025, according to Qichacha data, Jinhua New Materials obtained authorization for an invention patent. The patent is titled “A method for preparing hydroxylamine aqueous solution by catalytic hydrolysis of cyclohexanone oxime,” with the patent application number CN202311311144.4. The authorization date was September 19, 2025. A method for preparing hydroxylamine aqueous solution by catalytic hydrolysis of cyclohexanone oxime belongs to the technical field of hydroxylamine aqueous solution preparation. The patent abstract shows that the method significantly improves the conversion rate of cyclohexanone oxime catalytic hydrolysis, the process route is concise, operations are simple, reaction conditions are mild, energy consumption is low, and it is a green and environmentally friendly production process.
