Xinhua News Agency, Vladivostok, April 1 (Reporter Sun Ping): According to a report by TASS on April 1 citing the Russian Ministry of Defense, a Russian An-26 transport aircraft crashed in the Crimea region due to a technical malfunction, killing all six crew members and 23 passengers. (End)
