Reports say that during the ceasefire, Iran and Oman will charge ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

People’s Finance News, April 8—A reporter was informed on April 7, local time, by an anonymous local official who said that the two-week ceasefire plan includes allowing Iran and Oman to collect tolls from ships transiting the Strait of Hormuz. He said Iran will use the funds raised for reconstruction. It is not yet clear how Oman will use the funds it raises. The official did not disclose his nationality. (CCTV News)
