After watching "Binance Life": I discovered three top wealth secrets behind CZ's hundred-billion-dollar net worth
I spent four hours straight reading the autobiography of Big Brother @cz_binance
My biggest takeaway is: CZ's ability to amass a hundred-billion-dollar fortune and become the richest Chinese is definitely not just because he caught the luck of the era.
While luck is certainly a powerful amplifier, his fundamental qualities are probably unmatched in China.
IQ, emotional intelligence, boundless energy, plus terrifying execution power.
He dropped out of college to intern at a high salary, worked for a few years earning millions annually, and wherever he went, leaders were eager to recruit him and force shares into his hands—top-tier talent. With such comprehensive qualities, even if he didn't start a crypto exchange, he could excel in other fields.
But what really made my scalp tingle after reading the entire book was his almost变态的 optimism.
He repeatedly emphasizes in the book how "lucky" he is:
• Core team members were poached? He says he's lucky—this helped filter out speculators who only care about money and not users.
• Investors suddenly defaulted? He says he's lucky—by accident, he kept control of the equity firmly in his hands.
• Even sitting in prison for four months? He still considers himself lucky—he had an independent cell to think, and four months wouldn't cause him to become socially disconnected like others.
Many might think this is just a boast after a big boss has achieved success, but I carefully analyzed his process of turning misfortune into fortune and found that it’s actually an extremely powerful anti-fragile system.
The underlying logic that allows him to turn all disasters into blessings has three points:
1.坚持正确的复利(做时间的朋友)
Short-term risks and pains are essentially market stress tests. As long as you persist in doing things that conform to objective laws and are "the right thing," those short-term negatives, when viewed over a longer cycle, will ultimately help you outpace competitors and accumulate core assets.
2. 能力圈即绝对护城河(强者恒强的物理定律)
You need to be strong yourself to forge ahead. Why does he think he can succeed anywhere? Because when a person's comprehensive ability exceeds the current environment, all difficulties are just ordinary engineering problems. When you walk through, the world naturally makes way for you.
3. 极致的利他,就是最高级的利己(人品的杠杆效应)
In business competition, trust is everything. People with good intentions and kindness at their core may not show obvious advantages in good times, but in dire situations, they can trigger a network of benefactors and attract the universe's energy to help them through tough times.
See, in the big boss's script, it's never just smooth sailing—it's always a life-and-death struggle. The difference is: ordinary people see only despair, while top players can always build empires from ruins.
