Just found out Grass has a community node option now and honestly the 1.25x multiplier is pretty interesting. Basically you get 25% more points compared to the regular Chrome web client, which adds up if you're already running the Grass extension anyway. So how does this Grass community node actually work? It's basically a testing ground for new features before they roll out to everyone. They're letting community members try stuff first, and in return you get that bonus multiplier as a thank you for helping them beta test. The Grass extension itself runs quietly in the background of your computer and just uses a tiny bit of your unused bandwidth to collect public web content for AI training. They take data from publicly available websites, sell it to AI companies, and you get rewarded for it. Pretty straightforward. The privacy side seems solid too - they're not touching any of your personal data or browsing history, just grabbing public content. And yeah, it uses such a small amount of bandwidth that you won't notice any slowdown on your actual internet. The whole thing is passive income basically. Download the Grass extension, set it up, let it run while you work or sleep, and points just accumulate. You can check your balance anytime through the interface. A lot of people are already running this stuff anyway, so getting that 1.25x boost from the community node version seems like an easy win if you're into the whole bandwidth-sharing-for-rewards thing.
