(000818) announced that the company received today a filing and investigation notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Due to the company’s alleged violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, and pursuant to laws and regulations including the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People’s Republic of China, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company.
