Estate tax resolves U.S. national debt

They say that most U.S. Treasury bonds are basically bought by Americans themselves, though I don’t remember the exact percentage.
Anyone who can afford to buy Treasury bonds is wealthy; if the estate tax rate is high enough, then most of the Treasury bonds and money they have will revert back to the government and be spent, creating a virtuous cycle.
If there’s no estate tax, class stratification becomes fixed, and Treasury bonds can only be absorbed through devaluation and geming, forming a vicious cycle.
