Net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 11.3193 million yuan; in the same period last year, the net loss was 82.1342 million yuan. The board of directors decided that for 2025, the company will not distribute profits, will not pay any cash dividends, will not issue any bonus shares, will not convert capital reserve into share capital, and will not conduct any other forms of profit distribution.
