China Railway Construction Real Estate's 700 million yuan green medium-term notes will pay interest and partial redemption on April 10.

****Viewpoint Network News:****On April 2, China Railway Construction Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. released an announcement regarding the payment of interest and the repayment arrangements for part of the repurchase (call) portion of the 2023 annual first tranche green medium-term notes.

According to the announcement, the bond in this tranche has the short name “23 China Railway Construction Real Estate GN001,” the bond code 132380024.IB, an issuance amount of 700M yuan, a term of 3+2 years, with the interest commencement date being April 10, 2023, and the coupon rate for this interest period of 3.55%. The repayment category for this payment is repayment of the repurchased principal and interest. The payment date is April 10, 2026. The total principal and interest amount payable for this tranche is 564.85M yuan.

The repurchase registration period is from March 20, 2026 to March 26, 2026. During this period, investors who successfully exercise the repurchase option are entitled to the interest for this tranche and the repurchase funds paid at par value. The total amount of principal to be repaid upon exercising this repurchase is 540M yuan.

Regarding fund transfers, after the issuer transfers the funds to the designated account of the National Interbank Funding Center Co., Ltd., that institution will then transfer the funds to the bondholders’ accounts. If the payment date falls on a statutory public holiday, the transfer of funds will be correspondingly postponed.

If bondholders’ fund remittance routes are changed and the National Interbank Funding Center Co., Ltd. is not notified in a timely manner, resulting in the inability to receive the funds in a timely manner, the issuer and the National Interbank Funding Center Co., Ltd. do not assume any losses arising from this.
