People's Financial News, April 4 — According to the Traffic Network Center of the Ministry of Transport, as of 8 a.m. this morning, due to snowfall and icy roads, 32 sections of national and provincial trunk lines across Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, and other three provinces (regions) have implemented proactive closure and control measures (involving 29 expressways). Due to fog, 16 sections of national and provincial trunk lines in Hunan, Hubei, Jilin, and other three provinces have closed toll stations.
