People's Financial News, April 1 — Hubei Energy (000883) announced on April 1 that Tu Shanfeng has reached the statutory retirement age and has applied to resign from the positions of Vice Chairman of the 10th Board of Directors, Director, and General Manager of the company. His original term was scheduled to last until the expiration of the 10th Board of Directors. After resigning, Tu Shanfeng will no longer hold any positions in the company or its controlled subsidiaries.
