The minimum subscription amount starts from $1. The maximum size limit for Class A shares shall not exceed $15 million, and the maximum size limit for Class B shares shall not exceed $15 million. The product type is fixed-income, with an internal risk rating of R1 (low risk), and a product term of 189 days. The performance benchmark for Class A shares is (annualized) 3.51%, and the performance benchmark for Class B shares is (annualized) 3.54%.
