ME News update, on April 1 (UTC+8), Tether Holdings, the stablecoin issuer, has fired two senior precious-metals traders Vincent Domien and Mathew O’Neill, whom it hired from HSBC (HSBC) a few months earlier. The two were previously hired to help build “the world’s best gold trading floor” and assist Tether in accumulating gold reserves worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
