General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp. secured a $95 million contract modification from the U.S. Department of War for submarine support services. The Groton, Connecticut-based unit will provide engineering, technical, design agent, and planning yard support for operational strategic and attack submarines. The project is scheduled for completion by June 2026, with Navy funds already obligated for the award.
