Haidian's 5 incubators selected for the first batch of national excellence level

中新网北京 News March 31日电 As a parallel forum of the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum annual meeting, the Global Benchmark Incubator Forum recently presented honor and commemorative certificates to five Beijing incubators that were included in the first batch of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s public list of outstanding-level incubators.

Outstanding-level incubators are high-level incubators aligned with international advanced practices, playing a demonstration and leading role. Fourteen incubators nationwide were included in the first batch public list of outstanding-level incubators; among the five in Beijing, all are incubators in Haidian District: Beihang Tianhui, the China Science and Technology Venture’s hard-tech incubator, the Zhiyou Artificial Intelligence and Robotics incubator, Chao Sheng, and Qiji Chuangtan. They have performed outstandingly in areas such as成果轉化 and enterprise cultivation.

According to reports, Haidian District’s lead position in this Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s public list of outstanding-level incubators comes from an innovation “ecological rainforest” cultivated for more than 30 years. As of now, Haidian District has a total of 191 incubators of various types. Among them, there are 5 outstanding-level incubators announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 9 standard-level incubators, and 12 Beijing benchmark incubators; the number of incubators at national and municipal levels of various types ranks first in the whole city, and the total incubator space is nearly 2 million square meters.

Wang Yuxia, director of the service system department of the Zhongguancun Science City administration committee, said that Haidian District will take incubator construction as a key measure to cultivate new quality productive forces and to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It has successively introduced《Several Measures to Support the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Platforms》 and high-quality incubator special support policies, providing full-scope resource guarantees for incubator development, and guiding incubators to develop in the direction of specialization, refinement, and distinct characteristics—from the precise supply of innovation elements, to the deep integration of production, education, research, and application, and then to efficient integration of talent, capital, and technology—to create a favorable development environment for incubators.

In the next step, Haidian District will further optimize the science and technology enterprise incubation system, continuously improve the policy system, and guide diversified incubation carriers to focus on “activating from the source, cultivating deeply in vertical fields, and enabling through ecosystems,” building a high-density incubation and cultivation ecosystem covering the entire lifecycle of technology-based enterprises.
