Gelonghui, March 31 | Weiwei Communications (300590.SZ) announced that it has recently received the “High-tech Enterprise Certificate” jointly issued by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Shanghai Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration. Certificate number: GR202531006697; issuance date: December 25, 2025; validity period: three years. Pursuant to the “Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China” and relevant state tax provisions for high-tech enterprises, starting from the date the company passes the high-tech enterprise recognition, for three consecutive years it may continue to enjoy the preferential tax policy of paying enterprise income tax at a rate of 15%. This recognition is a re-certification conducted after the expiration of the company’s original high-tech enterprise certificate, and it also constitutes a full acknowledgment of the company’s technical strength. This matter will not have a significant impact on the company’s operating performance.
