Gelonghui March 31丨Careplus Medical (301087.SZ) announced that the company is carrying out the relevant work to apply for the issuance of overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and for a listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”). The Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange held a listing hearing on March 26, 2026 to review the company’s application for this issuance and listing. The joint lead underwriters for this issuance and listing received a letter sent by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to them on March 27, 2026, which stated that the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has reviewed the company’s listing application; however, the letter does not constitute formal approval for listing, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange still has the power to raise further comments on the company’s listing application.
