People's Financial News, April 3 — According to China State Railway Group, the five-day Qingming holiday railway transportation has started today. From today to April 7, the national railway is expected to transport a total of 90.5 million passengers. April 4 will be the peak travel day, with an estimated 21.2 million passengers. During the Qingming holiday transportation period, the national railway will implement a peak-line operation schedule, with night high-speed trains running on major corridors such as Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, and Beijing-Harbin. During the Qingming holiday transport period, railways nationwide will operate peak-period timetables. On major high-speed corridors such as the Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, and Beijing-Harbin lines, night high-speed trains will be scheduled and run.
