Chuangjin Hexin Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board Composite Index Enhanced Extended Fundraising Period

China Economic Net, Beijing, April 3 (Xinhua)—Today, Chuangjinhe Xin Fund Management Co., Ltd. released an announcement regarding the extension of the offering period for the Chuangjinhe Xin SSE STAR Market Composite Index Enhanced Equity Securities Investment Fund.

The announcement states that the Chuangjinhe Xin SSE STAR Market Composite Index Enhanced Equity Securities Investment Fund was approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on February 10, 2026, under Document No. CSRC Permit [2026] 256, and began its offering on March 23, 2026. The original offering deadline was April 3, 2026. It has now been decided to extend the fund’s offering deadline from the original April 3, 2026 to April 8, 2026.

The proposed fund managers are Dong Liang and Li Tianfeng. Dong Liang joined UNXInc as an analyst in December 2003. In March 2005, he joined US-based Barclays Global Investors as a senior research analyst and fund manager. In August 2009, he joined Credit Suisse as a proprietary trading trader. In January 2011, he joined Cinda International as an executive director and fund manager. In August 2012, he joined Huaan Fund Management Co., Ltd., serving as Quantitative Investment Director and fund manager in the Systematic Investment Department. In January 2015, he joined Hong Kong Qizhi Asset Management Co., Ltd. as a fund manager in the Investment Department. In September 2017, he joined Chuangjinhe Xin Fund Management Co., Ltd.

Li Tianfeng joined Guohai Securities Co., Ltd. in July 2012. He previously served as a quantitative investment research analyst and a product manager at the Securities Asset Management branch. In July 2015, he joined Chuangjinhe Xin Fund Management Co., Ltd. He previously served as a product manager in the Product Development Department, an investment manager in the Index Strategy Investment Research Department, a research analyst focusing on investment risk for the Portfolio Risk Research and Service Department, and an investment manager in the Quantitative Index and International Department. He is currently the assistant general manager of the Quantitative Index Department and a fund manager.
