Hexun Investment Advisor Mother Bao Jian: When will the big A-shares rise? Just a thought

Abstract generation in progress

April 3, Hexun Investment Advisory’s Bao Jian said that today the market opened lower with a gap down, which basically matches our expectations. Based on the market inertia from the past two years, on April 7 there may be a gap-down open followed by a decline, so please make psychological preparations in advance. Normally, on the 8th the market will gradually stabilize, and there may even be a rebound. From a macro perspective, the main influencing factor is geopolitical risk from overseas. Looking ahead to April and May, it is expected that geopolitical risk will have been fully absorbed; at that time, the world will focus on expectations for monetary policy tightening, which may put pressure on commodity prices and on the stock prices of emerging markets. In China, there are many positive industry policies, but the risk of high-level range-bound trading in popular sectors still remains; everyone should try to avoid chasing stocks that are already trading at elevated levels. At the same time, low-valued consumption sectors are worth watching. In April and May, in areas such as tourism, catering, food and beverage, and similar sub-sectors of consumption, there may be rotation opportunities; everyone can seize some intermittent opportunities during the period. Of course, choosing to wait and watch is also a strategy.
