"China's No. 1 Mattress Stock" Xilinmen hits the daily limit down today; Xilinmen's actual controller, Chen Ayu, has been filed by the CSRC for suspected information disclosure violations.
On April 2, Joyee “China’s first mattress stock” Xilinmen opened at the limit-down with a one-line drop. As of press time, it was trading at 13.68 yuan per share, with a turnover rate of 4.18% and trading value of 211 million yuan.
According to the news, in an evening announcement the night before, Xilinmen said that recently it received a 《Filing Notification Letter》 issued by the CSRC. Because the company is suspected of violating laws and regulations related to information disclosure, the CSRC has decided to file a case against the company.
Xilinmen stated that during the filing and investigation period, the company will actively cooperate with the CSRC’s investigation and will strictly fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and regulatory requirements.
On the same day, Xilinmen announced that its actual controller, Chen Ayu, recently received a 《Filing Notification Letter》 issued by the CSRC. Due to suspected violations of laws and regulations related to information disclosure, the CSRC has decided to file a case against Chen Ayu.
Of note is that last month, Xilinmen had also disclosed that the funds of its subsidiary were illegally diverted. According to Xilinmen, it found that funds in the bank account of its holding subsidiary, Xitu Technology Co., Ltd., were illegally transferred out, with the cumulative transferred funds totaling 100 million yuan. After verifying, the company found that relevant personnel were suspected of illegally misappropriating company funds by taking advantage of their positions.
Xilinmen stated that, to further prevent fund-related risks and safeguard the listed company’s funds, on March 26 the company had applied to the public security authorities for a case filing and investigation.
