Morgan Stanley has increased the pay for Co-President Andy Saperstein to $34 million for 2025, a 26% rise from the previous year. This places him among the highest-paid wealth executives, on par with fellow Co-President Daniel A. Simkowitz, and follows a recent 32% pay increase for CEO Edward “Ted” Pick. The compensation committee cited Saperstein’s contributions to record wealth management results and the firm’s AI strategy.
