Sanya "Mangrove Forest" sold at a low price? Jindian Group responds: It's a debt transfer, not an asset disposal

Recently, news about a “Sanya ‘Mangrove’ low-price liquidation of assets” has been widely circulated online, sparking market attention regarding the operating condition of the well-known holiday brand “Mangrove.” In response to this rumor, a reporter obtained a reply from Jindian Group on March 18: the assets being listed by Great Wall Asset and China Cinda this time are related debts it holds, not the Mangrove assets themselves. At present, all three Mangrove hotels in Sanya are operating normally, and the bankruptcy reorganization process is being advanced in an orderly manner. (China Real Estate News)
